Our state of the art Star CNC Swiss machines are equipped with FMB Edge magazine bar loaders and can handle bar stock sizes from .125" (3.18mm) up to 1.259"(32mm) with capacity to handle any part length up to 4 ft. We can hold tolerances as tight as +/-.0001" consistently, which can eliminate grinding operations in many cases. We have the newest gauging and quality equipment from SPI, Mitutoyo, and Brown & Sharpe to make sure that your parts are made to your print specifications every time. Top of the line gauging along with our strict in-process inspection procedures, and our compliance to ISO 9001 Standards will ensure that your parts will be right the first time, every time.
